Hannah is a licensed physical therapist relatively new to the Des Moines area. Originally from the East Coast, Hannah completed her Bachelors of Science degree in Rehabilitation Sciences from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. She went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy also from Northeastern University. While in school, Hannah had the opportunity to gain clinical experience in treating patients recovering from a wide variety of orthopedic surgeries as well as collegiate athletes. Additionally, she worked with children in an inpatient hospital setting.
As a competitive gymnast growing up, Hannah discovered sports physical therapy early in her childhood. Since then, she has had a passion for assisting athletes of all varieties to attain and maintain their healthiest self. In addition to working with athletes, Hannah has a particular interest in treating patients with chronic pain and various neurological disorders.
When not working as a physical therapist, Hannah enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Devin, her son, Arlo, and her dog, Fenway. She and her husband have an ongoing goal to hike to the tallest peak in each of the 50 states.
Angela is a physical therapist with over 20 years of experience in the outpatient orthopedic physical therapy setting. She has worked with people ranging in age from 2 months to 96 years of age and with a wide variety diagnoses.
She is the only Neufit Method certified physical therapist in Iowa, an Astym certified provider, a Certified Manual Physical Therapist through NAIOMPT (North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists), a certified Pose Method Running specialist, a Certification in Applied Functional Science and 3D MAPS, and well trained in ACL and hip rehabilitation and Dry needling certified as FDN1. She is able to fit custom foot orthotics, perform manipulation of the spine and joints, and works with children with torticollis.
She works with many local athletes for sports rehabilitation and specifically runners, softball/baseball players, volleyball, soccer players, dancers, and Junior Olympic gymnasts, tennis players and may other club sport athletes. Her goal: to help them achieve their goals/dreams.
When not running her business & taking care of patients, she loves spending time with her husband Mike, three kids: Dayna, Brooke and Maxon. She also loves being outside, traveling and working out.
